On November 16, 2024, a liquid soap-making training was held for five widows in Lagos State, Nigeria. The program was fully funded by Canada Virtuous Women (CAVIWO) and facilitated by the CAVIWO Women and Youths Empowerment Foundation Nigeria.

The training offered participants hands-on skills in soap production and marketing, forming part of a larger initiative to empower 30 widows through income-generating activities. Each participant received starter samples to support the launch of their own small soap businesses.

Future Plans:
CAVIWO aims to establish a permanent training center in Nigeria and expand into additional vocational programs and a business seminar in 2025.
