Day 1: Friday – Impartation & Motivation
The conference opened with an electrifying session of impartations, prayer, and motivational teachings from seasoned ministers across three nations. The atmosphere was charged with spiritual fire as women received encouragement, renewal, and divine direction. By the end of the first day, participants left uplifted, spiritually strengthened, and eager for the outdoor events lined up for Saturday.

Sports & Games: Women competed in orobo race, arm race, marching, dressing competition, egg race, bottle-filling race and many others. Winners were celebrated with trophies and prizes, sparking excitement and camaraderie.
Entertainment: Music and dance performances set a lively tone, filling the atmosphere with joy and celebration.
Refreshments: On-the-spot barbecue and drinks provided nourishment and relaxation.
Medical Outreach: Free medical consultations, essential medications, and reading glasses were given to attendees. This outreach met vital health needs and extended the impact of the conference beyond the spiritual into practical community support.

Day 3: Sunday – Closing Service & Recognition

The closing atmosphere was marked by gratitude, joy, and renewed commitment, leaving participants spiritually enriched and eager for future gatherings.

Challenges & Solutions
1. Food Shortage
Challenge: The unexpectedly high turnout led to insufficient food supplies.
Solutions:
Introduce early registration and meal vouchers to estimate and regulate portions.
Partner with local caterers and sponsors for backup support.
Budget 10–15% extra food to cover unregistered attendees.
2. Insufficient Reading Glasses
Challenge: Demand for reading glasses was greater than the number available.
Solutions:
Collaborate with NGOs, health foundations, and eye-care donors for larger supplies.
Bulk-purchase reading glasses in advance at wholesale rates.
Provide a referral list so participants can collect glasses after the event from partner clinics.
